Recovering your Easy Crypto password is simple, but it all depends on how you created your account.

General Troubleshooting

Before you go through the trouble of creating a new password, the first thing to check is that you are signing in using the same method you originally signed up with otherwise it will not work.

If you are confident you are entering your email and password correctly via the email method and this is the same email address you used to sign up to EasyCrypto with, then please try using the Google or Facebook method while signed-in to the corresponding account.

💡 If you are prompted to create a new account at this point, please do not proceed and instead, get in touch with our helpdesk staff.

If you know which method you have used, please follow the steps below to reset your password.

You created your account with an Email Address

Step 1

Head to the Easy Crypto website here, click on the Sign In button and Sign in with Email.

Step 2

Now you will need to click the Forgot your password? button - and enter the Email address you have used to sign up with.

Once you click Send password reset - you will receive an email from us that will allow you to reset your current password.

💡These emails can sometimes land in spam or junk folders, please be sure to check all folders in your email account.

You created your account using either Google or Facebook

If you created your account using Google or Facebook, resetting your password is a breeze.
